Product-Return Policy

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your total satisfaction with your shopping experience at Classic Magnets. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of the date that the product was shipped to you. Upon receiving your return, we will provide you with an exchange, store credit, or refund of the cost of the item purchased. All returns must be received by us at our facility in Union, MO in original condition. Items without all the original box and packing materials, law tags, etc., will not be accepted. Items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Classic Magnets does not refund shipping and handling fees. If a returned item qualified for free shipping, the shipping and handling costs from Classic Magnets will be deducted from the refund. To initiate a return, you may either email us at or call us at 800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145.

Damaged Items:

We do our best to carefully pack each order to avoid any damage that may occur in transit. If your product was damaged in shipment, please email an explanation and picture(s) to us at within five (5) days of receiving the shipment. Upon confirming the damaged goods, we will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the return of the damaged product.

Other Returns:

If you would like to return your purchase for any other reason, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Simply contact us at or call us at 1-800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145 and we will help walk you through the process. You will be responsible for the labeling, shipping, and costs associated with returning the merchandise back to us. The return must be shipped to us within 15 days of the date that we shipped the order to you. This date can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email. Please address the return to: Classic Magnets, Attn: Returns, 7 Cedar Ct., Union, MO 63084. Your refund will be issued once we receive and inspected the returned merchandise. If there are any issues with the items, we will contact you immediately. 

The return process is as follows:

• Contact us at or call us at 1-800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145 to authorize and initiate the product return.

• Ship the item(s) back to our facility at 7 Cedar Court, Union, MO 63084. Be sure it is packed carefully.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) we will refund the original purchase value.

Please allow at least one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement. We will process your credit as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of your return.


Order Tracking Information

We enter order tracking numbers once the order has shipped, and an e-mail should be sent with this tracking number. Typically orders shipped to the U.S. are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping Policy

All domestic U.S.A. magnet shipments on ship Free Freight! We use Economy Service from the USPS as the standard shipping service. We also offer expedited shipping services for additional charge (as outlined in the checkout process). Once your order is placed and your payment is processed we will do our best to ship it the same or next business day. You will be notified via e-mail when your items ship.

If you are not comfortable with the online payment process and would prefer to have your payment processed through our retail store (via Credit Card, Check, or Money Order); please contact our store Customer Service Number (1-800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145). If you pay via a check or money order, your order will not ship until your check or money order clears our bank, which may take 5-10 business days.

We do not require a signature upon delivery for our shipments. If you require a signature for delivery you will need to contact our Customer Service to make arrangements.


International Shipping Terms & Conditions

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the product may be imported into the destination country. If an order is placed and we discover that legal limitations exist, Ideaman, Inc. reserves the right to refund the purchase and cancel the order.

When shipping internationally, the customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees by the destination country. These extra taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office for information about charges and possible delays. Due to the unpredictability of delays by customs and international shipping providers, we are unable to estimate shipping times for international orders that we do not ship to on a regular basis.

International shipping rates are based on shipping weight. Weights will be calculated when you select your shipping tier during the checkout process.
